I’m Harish. For fifteen years I’ve been architecting systems other people depend on quietly: merchant lending at a US bank, global platforms at a pharma giant, connected-vehicle telemetry at Bosch, grid software for electricity utilities. These days I’m most interested in what happens when agents join the delivery pipeline.
This is where I think out loud — architecture decisions and their bill of costs, AI agents doing real work, lessons from mentoring, and the things I care about when I’m nowhere near a terminal.
